Constructed of silvered zink; the obverse consisting of an upward pointing arrow with a broad ring at the base, inscribed Fr Leistungen der HJ (German For Proficiency in the HJ), with a mobile swastika centrally oriented between the ring; vertical pinback; maker marked RZM M1 34 for Karl Wurster, Ldenscheid on the reverse; measuring 30 mm (w) x 51 mm (h); in overall very fine condition.
