A matching set of first pattern Heer Oberfeldwebel shoulder straps, each constructed of dark green wool with a field grey wool underlay, trimmed with a silver aluminum wire tresses, and pinned with aluminum numerals 138 in turn flanked by two pips, the reverse of each with an integral strap perforated with a reinforced buttonhole, both unmarked and measuring 45 mm (w) x 120 mm (l),
