Derek comes in a 6V fitting, which is extremely wide, but offers an extra deep toe box and a high instep so it can comfortably accommodate swollen feet. The shoe has a secondary 5mm insole (underneath the main insole), which allows the fit to be customised for maximum comfort. Derek is made to a very high standard and
