An extremely well preserved Heer EM NCOs tropical overseas field cap, constructed of olive grab cotton twill. The cap is fully surrounded by fold down side panels, securely held in place at the front by two pieces of stitching. The crown is flanked on each side by a ventilation hole reinforced by a brown painted zink eyelet. Stitched onto the peak is an insignia constructed of a light brown cotton threading overlaid
