Of extremely high quality French manufacture, exhibiting characteristic details of French style with heavily convex design and deeply faceted silver finishings, consisting of the sash badge of the order, in toned silver gilt, an eight pointed star with multi faceted rays, the obverse with an elongated oval dark blue enameled medallion bearing the Cambodian Coat of Arms in Gold
