An unusual miniature medal and pendant hanger featuring five items, including an 1870 Iron Cross pendant, a Karl Troop Cross, an Emperor Franz Joseph coin, a Paracelsus commemorative pendant, and a swastika pendant, all suspended from a loop affixed to a magnetic metal needle with screw on cap, unmarked, demonstrating a consistent patina throughout, in overall near extremely fine condition.
