Chinon Rosé Cuvee Mathilde 2021 Sparkling 19% Pinot GrisA dry, youthful ros with a light to medium body. Produced from 10 50 year old vines in the Loire Valley that are hand harvested. The grapes are macerated for only 24 hours before being fermented in stainless steel tanks for two weeks.
