A pair of Prussian merit medals, including a General Honour Medal, constructed of silver, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse bearing an inscription of VERDIENST UM DEN STAAT (SERVICE TO THE STATE) inside of a laurel leaf wreath, the reverse bearing a monogram of Kaiser Friedrich Wilhelm III topped by a royal crown, unmarked, measuring 39. 32 mm in diameter, weighing 24. 0 grams (inclusive of
