In gold coloured bullion wire, in various textures, black velvet backing the number "2", black threading giving definition to the eagle's eye and red threading giving definition to its mouth, on a bluish green wool base, gray cotton backer, measuring 99 mm (w) x 88 mm (h), some separation evident in the wire on the eagle's right wing and exposing the underlying support structure, with patches of discolouration on the wire, near
