This fast growing bush grows up to twenty tall and twenty feet wide. The leaves have a leathery and fuzzy texture reminiscent of flannel, and the yellow and orange flowers are large and showy. It has large orange yellow cup shaped flowers for a long period in spring. These plants have shallow roots that may be blown over by wind.
