Grown on granite and schist soils, it brings together freshness and structure without feeling heavy. Stainless steel fermentation keeps the fruit clear, while 18 months in used French oak adds quiet texture and spice. A balanced, expressive red with red berry lift, gentle tannins, and a savory finish.
