Maker's mark on the eyepieces 'WK Vanderbilt & Co. San Francisco" and "LeMair Fabt Paris". The metal focus wheel works well and their optics are good. CREATOR WK Vanderbilt & Co. San Francisco and LeMaire Fabt, Paris. DATE OF MANUFACTURE c. 1880 1899. MATERIALS AND TECHNIQUES Nickel, Optical Glass, Leather. CONDITION Good. With appropriate patina for age.
