Austria-Hungary, Kingdom. An Order of St. Stephen of Hungary, Commander Cross, by Chobillon, c.1900 United Republic of toned with original ribbon and(Kniglich ungarischer St. Stephans Orden). Instituted May 5th, 1764. A beautiful decoration, of French manufacture, in silver gilt, a green enamelled cross with central medallion in red, green and white enamels, featuring the initials MT with Patriarchal cross on a crown, encircled by a white enamelled ring inscribed PUBLICUM MERITORUM PRAEMIUM, the reverse medallion featuring the inscription STO. ST. RI. AP., surmounted by a large crown, marked on
