Issued on 21 December 1938 and featuring a black and white photograph of the recipient. It measures 90 mm (w) x 134 mm (h) and is in near extremely fine condition. Accompanied by a DLRV stick pin, constructed of bronzed magnetic metal. The obverse bears a DRLG insignia
