MUZ Vermut 2023 Domaine Tatsis is it a ciderA vivid, vinous vermouth that reimagines the Italian aperitif tradition through the lens of Catalan terroir. MUZ is made from a base of organically grown wines one aged red, one young red, and one slightly oxidized white then infused with a secret blend of wild herbs macerated in neutral spirit for two months. Minimal sugar is added for balance. The result is a naturally made, aromatically complex vermouth with a dry, herbal edge and bright acidity
