Bulgaria, Kingdom. An Order of Civil Merit, V Class in Case Newly Listed maker marked with the logo( ). Instituted on August 2nd, 1891 by Prince Ferdinand I. Type II (1908 1944). In frosted silver, an arrow cross with white enamel arms and oak leaf branches in each quadrants, the obverse center presenting the monogram of the founder Knyaz Ferdinand I on a red enameled background, surrounded by a white enamel ring inscribed (For Civil Merit), reverse centre presenting the crowned Bulgarian Lion on red enameled background, with surround presenting
