In silver with blue and black enamels, hallmarked on the ring, measuring 14 mm (w) x 23. 5 mm (h) inclusive of its crown suspension, intact enamels, soiled original ribbon, extremely fine. Footnote: The Order of Leopold II is an order of Belgium and is named in honour of King Lopold II. The decoration was established on August 24, 1900 by Leopold II as
