A group of First War period badges, including a black grade Wound Badge, constructed of blackened magnetic metal, the obverse with a central Stahlhelm (Steel Helmet) on a pebbled field, superimposed on crossed swords and within a wreath of laurel leaves with a tied bow at the bottom, vertical pinback, unmarked, measuring 40 mm (w) x 45 mm (h), in very fine condition; a veterans fencing badge, constructed of gilded bronze,
