Constructed of police green rayon, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered silver grey oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, and overlaid by German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 100 mm (w) x 95 mm (h), demonstrating minor soiling to the base material, in unissued and near mint condition.
