Peg Leg Porker 8 Year Old Bourbon ['Vanilla' Created to commemorate the distillery'sCreated by Carey Bringle owner of the famous Nashville BBQ joint, also called Peg Leg Porker this nicely aged bourbon is unsurprisingly redolent of barbecue notes and a fine companion to smoked meats and collard greens. The whiskey is filtered through hickory charcoal instead of the more usual maple charcoal used by other Tennessee Whiskies, resulting in a lovely reddish color and notes of honey to complement the more usual vanilla and floral aroma.
