An M40 Wehrmacht Heer (Army) Stahlhelm With Field Made Splinter Cover By Quist Of Esslingen Newly Listed An Iron Cross First ClassA no decal Wehrmacht Heer (Army) steel helmet by Quist of Essingen. The helmet is crafted of a sheet of molybdenum steel (magnetic) and was painted apple green on the exterior with a matching interior colour. It features stamped air vents on either side of the helmet, with a rolled crimped rim along the entire helmet, making this a signature M40 type helmet. The interior features an eight panel butterscotch coloured leather liner, each with five
