"CL" Clarete 2023 Dry Farmed wild-hearted—and proudly naturalA pale, co fermented clarete from organically farmed vineyards in Terra Alta. White and red Garnatxa are harvested separately, with short skin macerations before fermenting together in stainless steel. The wine rests on gross lees and is bottled without fining, filtering, or added sulfur. Light in color but structured, it combines red fruit brightness with subtle grip and a savory, mineral edge.
