In Silver gilt with red and white enamels with a white enameled 3 on the obverse, with the reverse Monetny Dvor mint marked and number engraved "17409" on the reverse, 37 mm x 46 mm, on its period ribbon, mounted to a five sided aluminum suspension with pinback, intact enamels, extremely fine.
