Constructed of silvered zink, the obverse depicting a raised mother and child, surrounded by wheat and grapevines demonstrating the strength of German agriculture, topped by an NSDAP style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika and circumscribed by an inscription of REICHSPARTEITAG 1939, the reverse bearing a raised inscription of N. S. KAMPFSPIELE 1939 ZWEITER PLATZ (NATIONAL
