Decorated in an underglaze blue with a traditional Chinese hand decoration set against a white porcelain ground. In very good antique condition. From the 1600s to late 1860s, Canton porcelain was molded and fired in kilns in the province of Ching Te Chen, then shipped to the port city of Canton for painting.
