Saxony. An Albrecht Order, Knight’s Cross, Second Class, With Swords, By G.a. Schaffenberg Hold very fine with strong blue(Albrechtsorden Ritterkreuz II. Klasse mit Schwertern). 1899 1918 Issue. A silver gilt Latin cross with white enameled arms, with crossed swords between the arms of the cross; the obverse with a central white enameled medallion depicting a leftward facing bust of Herzog Albrecht, surrounded by a broad blue enameled ring, inscribed Albertus Animous (Latin Albert the Merciful), along with arabesques toward the bottom of the enameled ring; the reverse
