Instituted 20 May 1871 by Kaiser Wilhelm I. (1871 issue). Constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon bearing a clasp with an inscription of AN DER LISAINE, unmarked, measuring 29. 02 mm in diameter, in near extremely fine condition.
