Constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Patte, the obverse with a central wreathed crown, the reverse with a central wreathed number 15 in Roman numerals, unmarked, measuring 37. 12 mm (w) x 41. 40 mm (h), weighing 14. 4 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
