Funa 2020 Trebbiano Toscano sweet spicesDaniel Schweizer is an exceptional figure in the Wrttemberg lowlands. Since taking over his family's winery in 2014, he has explored new and sometimes long forgotten approaches in both the vineyard and the cellar. He is supported, among others, by the Fjord mare Funa, who takes over the work usually done by tractors where the Riesling vines take root in gypsum keuper soil. This has a dual advantage: the soil remains uncompacted and is naturally
