This is an extremely rare 1941 dated original inert German Sprengbombe Dickwandig 2 kg, SD2, or Butterfly Bomb, used during WWII. The name in German literally translates to "Thick walled Explosive Bomb." This fine example is complete and empty (non functional). One "wing" is clearly marked 75 fyw 41. This German three letter code (fyw) indicates manufacture by Ganz & Co. AG, in Ratibor, which today is the Polish
