Who are these two woman behind the shop desk

and the fact that these are so remarkably well preserved makes them feel all the more so

Three Tiny Hand-painted Penguins shop counter and row of potted tulipsI found these three together, and would hate to break them up, though I believe the one at left is something of a third wheel. The center and right one are wooden, on turned bases, while the left one appears to be some sort of plastic. All three though were hand painted, and definitely have some age, and together make quite a happy family I think. Largest measures 2" tall; small wood one 1 1 4" t, plastic 1 3 8" t. All are in very good vintage
