It consists of a very fine leather covered Three Draw brass telescope, measuring 32" when fully extended and only 13" when fully collapsed. The brass barrel has the French makers name as well as British acceptance markings: E. VION Paris S 2. 285 (Broad Arrow) The telescope is still fully functional, with clear optics giving a good image. The tube nearest the
