This specimen is a polished slice of agatized coprolite or "dinosaur dung" from the Morrison Formation in Utah

The 29 Specimen (TOUCH) Fourth Edition of the Mini Museum measures approximately 14 1/2" long x 8" wide x 1" thick and contains 29 different specimens:

we can see the light "terra" and dark "mare

It is found almost exclusively in the Bearpaw Formation of southern Alberta

The original titanium vane was divided into long, thin slices using a high energy cutter, after which each slice was hand polished and cut into the "delta wing" shape you see here.
