As used by the 10th Mountain Division in World War Two this is an excellent condition set of WW2 snowshoes manufactured by C. A. Lund of Prescott Wisconsin. They are serial number 09970 and dated 1945. The foot trap plate is marked U. S. and DOVER. They measure approximately 13" by 28". Excellent wood and sinew, Pliable leather, No cracks or splits in the wood. They don't come any nicer than this! Born out of
