This is an incredible example with complete liner that has original period textured green brown paint. The shell is maker marked with a stamping on the underside of the rim that reads YJ 168. This is an excellent named example of a genuine USGI Great War helmet from an well known infantry division of the US army. Among the best features of all is the original hand painted 78th "Lightning" Division insignia. The
