Perfectly Minimal Three Peaches in Basket 19th Century Theorem on Velvet in Period Frame red leather I love this one forAbout as minimalist a theorem painting as one might find, which is much of why I love it, just a pyramid of three peaches in a black and brown basket. With just enough tonal variation on the peaches, from gold to orange peach, to given them form, and an excellent graphicness to the patterning on the basket. C. 1830s 40s I believe, on velvet, under glass in a roughly period gold gessoed wooden frame. 11 9 16" x 9 9 16" framed. All in good antique
