In good working order these are a pair of POWER X 5 binoculars, as often used by Officers while overseeing the soldiers under their command. These are in good condition, mostly functional and with majority of the black paint still intact. They have however been repainted, which has made many of the markings very hard to read. The original rubber eye cups are missing completely, and there is currently no way to adjust
