This is an excellent example of a very clean Vietnam War M 1C Airborne Paratroopers Helmet. These are getting harder and harder to find as time goes on, especially in this condition! This Vietnam War era M 1 helmet shell has a set of swivel (movable) chinstrap loops called bales and a stainless steel rim. These rims were both rust resistant and had non magnetic qualities that reduced the chance of error readings when
