Wear textured dark gray button up jacket with a slight wet/metallic look

I believe this to be a rare hat as I cannot find another one like it

There is no size tag but based on actual measurements I believe it to be a women's size M or L. Please go off actual measurements to ensure an accurate fit. Great vintage condition structurally but there is a spot on the bottom front. I would anticipate a good dry cleaner could get the spot out but I will leave that up to the buyer to do.
