It is maker marked with rare LDO number L 50 on the back under the pin catch, which represents Gebrder Godet & Co. of Berlin. The The LDO, (Leistungs Gemeinschaft der Deutscher Ordenshersteller Administration of German orders Manufacturers), was a self governing
