•- Held in a custom mounting within the lid of the case there is a magnificent silver metal crucifix with a lovely silver depiction of the hanging Christ on a black background

however we have not been able to determine what type of officer used this sword

The headset was mounted in 6 mm thick molded plastic ear cups with excellent sound attenuation characteristics

This one perhaps from a more affluent Tuareg has some additional Silver band decoration

This is a great example of a WWII Japanese officers belt and buckle with a tag on the back of the belt naming it to a Marine Corps Captain who captured it in Okinawa. The belt is in great shape overall with cracking and crazing in the leather from age. There are five kanji characters painted on the side of the belt. The note on the back of the belt reads: CAPT. ROBERT M CROOKS 1ST MARINE AIR WING U. S. M. C. R.
