This is a very nice condition turn of the 20th century Spanish American War Era New York "Hudson Brigade" Dress Shako helmet. The pressed, black felt is in very good condition, though there are some dents and a hole on the back side. It has some lovely dark green piping over a gray exterior, with black patent leather on the top and around the bottom. As is usual, the black finish now shows some lovely checking and
