Matching Pair of Antique Tramp Art Frames Art Deco design I applied silver polish toThe backs of these terrific old tramp art frames late 19th or early 20th century I believe are almost as great as their fronts, and wonderfully tell the story of their construction from scraps of wood and and bits of woven trim for their hangers. Their fronts show five layers of stacked chip carved wood at the corners, topped with brass tacks at the center of each, and four layers around the sides.
