I have not touched the wood on this--there is some wear

with the eye holes below the painted eyes lining up well to my face at least

I especially love the tornado of smoke rising from his cigar

Tiny Antique Painted Tin Penny Toy Boats do nothing machine I just can't resist thingsI just love these little tin boats, one happily still with an adventurous looking tiny figure standing inside, attached by his feet I think their forms, lines, and and old paint just makes them really beautiful things. I believe these are antique penny toys, late 19th century or so, most likely made in Germany but I'm not 100% sure. Larger measures 4" l. Smaller 2 5 8" l. Good condition with rusting and paint loss as evident. The smaller on sits
