This is a gorgeous example of one of the scarcest WWI aviation helmets, the British No. 2 Aviators Safety Helmet. This example was manufactured by Christys in London in Size 7, complete with the original goggles. The helmet is in fair shape with some stitching having come undone on the crown in several spots. The four mesh ventilation holes are intact. The ear flaps both retain their wheel shaped vents, allowing for
