Maybe it was just raining and this guy didn't want to let go of his boots. Or put out his cigar, either! I like the way he holds them loosely at his side, one finger looped through the top of each, his other hand in his pocket. Some swagger to the way he holds himself, while also looking a bit cross eyed too. And then a partial view of this
