which makes very good sense--the perfect shape and size to wrap thread/yarn around and run across a loom

and then perhaps best of all what look like tiny faces on many of the teeth

I love a hand drawn map and this a very sweet one, a topographical map, all about the lay of the land, with dots for cities but no named locations, and excellent title lettering along the bottom
