Super patina, nice long size and shape, white cloth label turning one corner telling us it once held large and medium wood drills, small files and screw drivers. And then small holes drilled into the top and sides in a semi regular pattern putting the drills to trial, I presume, while also evoking a sense that this could also have been put to use as a bait
