with tiny white speckling to the blue enamel that seems original/indigenous to the piece

and would work as a wall-hung vase or a small planter

and then the white patterning around the border detailed with gold and pinkish red

The wicker, which is in good condition, with no cracks or breaks, is woven around what I believe is orange painted glass. I would guess these date to the 60s or early 70s, though I have not found their match. 8" tall each, with a diameter of 3 1 2" across at base and 2 1 2"
