The sides on this one can been positioned fully upright to form a tight bowl

It's too early to think about Christmas as far as I'm concerned

One end of the wooden handle has broken off near the tip such that it does not extend all of the way down the side of the basket--not very noticeable

Clearly this was much smoked

(Pretty much never in my experience.) Wonderfully carved wooden perimeter rim, not quite regular, which was nailed down over glass to close up the case.
